⁉️ What type of equipment is good for incorporating fitness and/or sport performance training outside the gym or while traveling?
With offering online remote/hybrid fitness and athletic development training, I often get asked questions around the best at home/ off site (outside the gym) fitness and speed modalities/equipment.
