All programs are customized and designed to bridge

the gap between recovering from injury (i.e., individual's moving from a minor sprain or strain, surgery, or physical therapy) into getting back into the lifestyle they once lived.  Individual's will move from low intense training (e.g., physical therapy) to a more intense and progressive physical and functional rehabilitation training regiment.  Programs are structured and implemented to

ready individual's to get back to an active and functional lifestyle and to allow athlete's t0 get 

 back to competing at 100%; feeling stronger, stable, and more confident.
